Founder & Managing PartnerBecky has spent more than 20 years building risk and governance programs that help organizations move forward with confidence. At a federally regulated bank holding company, she designed the enterprise third-party governance framework for more than 14,000+ third parties, a program regulatory examiner recognized as "best in class." She presented risk themes to the Board and Audit Committee and led due diligence on FinTech acquisitions and partnerships.
As Global Director of Vendor Relationship Management at a global technology company, she led the shift to AI-enabled risk intelligence, cutting the risk review cycle by 73% across operations in 150 countries. Today she advises the founders, investors, and boards of multiple AI risk intelligence platforms, and she created the Digital Workforce Governance™ framework.
Becky began her career at PwC, leading SOC and controls assurance engagements for financial and technology clients. She holds the CISA and CRISC certifications and speaks regularly for TPRA, IIA, and the Sourcing Industry Group. Closer to home, she has chaired the Boys & Girls Club of the Alma Area and served as an examiner for the Arkansas Governor's Quality Award.

Tara is an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional with over seven years of experience in third-party risk, regulatory compliance, operational leadership, and global risk program management. She brings a strategic, process-driven approach to strengthening risk governance, improving operational efficiency, and aligning risk management practices with organizational objectives.
Throughout her career, Tara has played a key role in advancing vendor risk management initiatives, optimizing risk assessment processes, and the expansion of global programs across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. She has partnered with cross-functional leaders in cybersecurity, data privacy, legal, and other business functions to strengthen risk mitigation strategies, enhance compliance oversight, and implement scalable workflows that improve stakeholder engagement and accountability.
Tara has also contributed to AI implementation initiatives, helping transition and retrain analyst teams to support ongoing monitoring and oversight of AI-driven processes within a global environment. Additionally, she collaborated with an AI startup to support the training and development of AI capabilities for internal control testing, helping advance the application of artificial intelligence within risk and compliance functions.
She holds the Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) and is passionate about developing innovative risk management solutions, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational effectiveness, and helping organizations make informed decisions while maintaining strong governance, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
